The appointment went totally fine, but my prescription was never called in and you can’t get ahold of anyone after the fact. So I paid for my visit and didn’t actually get the treatment.

I waited for an hour and no one came on the call, with the video waiting room up i attempted multiple clinic calls and still no answer.

My prescription was never called in and when I tried to find out why no one could give me an accurate number to contact my provider. Such a waste of time!

The doctor dismissed my concerns about the medication that she prescribed  I told her what works for me and she did not want to prescribe it. She wanted to prescribe what I already told her Does Not Work for me Dr Sanders did not listen to me

Simply thank you. I was in to much pain to drive and this was extra convenient and necessary. It wasn't expensive either😊

This was my first time using this app for tele health. Wait time was in excess of 20 minutes. I would prefer being notified every 10 minutes the provider is delayed but will be with me shortly. I began to think I was disconnected. The provider was excellent and I highly recommend her.

I refuse to spend $70.00 for 1-2 minutes of anybody’s time.

Head continuous UTI symptoms after my first treatment was able to get a second round of antibiotics and hopefully I’m starting to feel better soon! Thank you telemedicine!!!
