Front office seems to be stressed or not all there but other than the hour wait , PA had great bedside manner, the MA was really nice and friendly. Did his job efficiently.

I have found my place for all my urgent care needs. It can be stressful when you don’t know where to go when you need urgent care. Temecula 24 Hour Urgent Care was a great experience. The staff and provider were kind, thorough, and efficient! I have peace of mind knowing I found my location for any urgent health needs that may come up. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the restroom. Otherwise, everything was amazing. Highly recommend!

I checked in at 11:20, I was done at 1:30. Long wait just for the result of the swab and chest x ray. Note, it was not busy at all, about 3 or 4 patients in the waiting area.  Medical assistant and PA are nice though.

I walked in and was seen in 10 mins. I have been here before and so glad I chose to come back. All staff was friendly and attentive. PA Skyler was a gem. He did his evaluation of my symptoms and knew right away what would alleviate my painful breathing. I felt very cared for knowing the pneumonia diagnosis and treatment provided made me feel 95% better and in very slight pain when I walked out. Thank you 24/7 Urgent Care for being so kind and professional.

I have no insurance or doctor and use your urgent care whenever I need to see a doctor. A little pricey but convenient. Shannon Belcher was great. I had ear infections. She gave me the prescription I needed and even an extra one just in case the antibiotics cause a fungal infection so I wouldn't have to come back. I appreciate that so much. I always recommend you guys.
