This place is horrible I have never been treated so poorly. I moved here from Texas where the VA had referred me to a pain clinic there. After steroid injections, acupuncture, tens units nerve pain medication the clinic decided to put me on the lowest form of narcotic possible Tylenol 3. I have records that I've never asked for an increase in dosage or quantity change or change of medication been stable on this for 2 years. After a pain consultation appointment that I waited a month for I had to call three times to get them to tell me they weren't going to see me and they recommend I go to Walmart and buy motrin. That's after I pay a co-pay they bill my insurance for x-rays labs and a drug screen. They never even bothered to get my records from my previous pain clinic. They wasted my time completely I sat in the lobby for 2 and 1/2 hours and then an hour in the back. Judging by the looks of their lobby I just wasn't there type of patient. Also judging by their lobby they have no problem prescribing medications. I guess they just want to make money and not treat legitimate injuries with the records an established histories. They're probably far too happy with their current clientele. If you're truly in pain and not a drug seeker go somewhere else. After 2 combat tours if they had even asked to see any type of records. I'd like to think they wouldn't have been so callous has to tell me to go buy motrin from Walmart. I really find it hard to believe seeing some of the people in the lobby and refusing to treat me that they're there to actually help people.
