I am vomiting, and I’m having diarrhea. I let the front desk individual know that i have symptoms and am not feeling well. He refused to allow me to be seen due to not having my insurance card on me. I let them know that my husband is out of town and I did not have access to my wallet and he was not answering at the moment so I could not even get a number. He was very rude, condescending and failed to provide care based on my inability to provide funding at the moment. I’ve been here before (where I gave them my insurance card and the individual may of forgotten to upload it). I have been here before and have loved the service I received. Not sure why this worker is the face of the office tonight.
