I think the Dr could have done some more checks or asked questions before sending us off to ER to go do an appendicitis test or scaring us. Ended up spending 7hrs and it wasn’t necessary.

My son has had some eye infection I originally thought was pink eye but some kind of allergy caused eye infection and is terrified of the dr. I’ve gone to this facility quite a few different times since they’ve opened and they have never let me down with a good experience. Never any wait time, the front desk staff is always so friendly, especially today the young gentleman made my son more than comfortable upon entering and gave him some cool animal stickers and even one for his Cookie Monster stuffy he brought with him. The nurse was also super friendly just kinda walking him through what we were doing, being excited about taking his weight and height and asking questions in the room. And the doctor didn’t make us feel like she rushed through it, she was very calm explained everything, answering any questions we had, and let me son know that she was going to tell him what she was going to do and made him very calm and even let him touch some of her tools. Overall great experience and always has been, but specifically this time was phenomenal!

I went to the Urgent Care thinking I might have bronchitis because my chest ached. The doctor took an x-ray and said it was possibly the start or finish of pneumonia, it wasn't positive. She gave me amoxycilin. I told her my entire chest, over my breasts, ached. She said usually only one side aches with pneumonia, maybe it hurt from coughing. I went home and had a heart attack at 8 pm. I am in the hospital awaiting a quadruple by-pass. Looks like she totally misdiagnosed that one!
