What patients are saying...

So I made an appt online & also filled out all the new patient forms online, got to the clinic & asa I walk in the door & make my way to the desk the nurse tells me rather crappily that I have to go back to the sign-in deal by the front door, which I didn't notice because there was no sign indicating it. So I go back & she comes over & i try to tell her I made an appt online (& i assume she knows that) but never get the chance because she asks what's wrong (again, that was on the forms I filled out online; my blood pressure & heart rate was VERY high) & then tells me they don't deal with high blood pressure which shocked me! She then asked me if I was a regular patient of theirs, which confused me because I thought this was an EMERGENCY clinic, you go there for that reason, not to see a reg. Dr, right? I told her I had a Dr but couldn't get ahold of his ofc, prob because of the Covid 19 virus stuff going on, so that's why I needed to come there & that again, my BP was scarily high & could they please at least ck me out or find out why my bp was high? Nope, I was refused. I found another random dr & she prescribed me bp meds & a full round of tests to ck my heart function. If your emergency clinic doesn't treat a certain illness or problem, it'd be a good idea to inform people on your website so they don't waste their time & gas $ making an appt/filling out online forms/driving to your clinic. Never got the chance to review any dr since I never made it past the door. What ER clinic doesn't deal with high blood pressure patients?!?!
