The beginning of my experience with the Kingsley clinic clinic was great. Scheduling through the solve app had been a breeze as usual. I was able to get an appointment exactly at the time I wanted, which was a relatively early morning appointment so I would be able to get my meds and start treating myself as soon as possible. The appointment was a tele-visit, so I cannot talk about the office cleanliness. However, I logged on 10 minutes early as was recommended someone came on and did my registration and took my credit card for the co-pay and then I waited about five minutes for the doctor to come on. Dr. James Kingsley was great, very personable and knowledgeable. He asked me a bunch of questions, I described all my symptoms, and he diagnosed pretty much what I knew he was going to say, which was that I had a sinus infection. He told me exactly what he was going to prescribe and told me that they would be sending the prescription to my pharmacy and get an email when they did so. Then the visit was over and up until that time. I was really happy with the experience. From that point on, I never heard from the office again except for one text prompting me to leave a review by clicking on the link in the visit summary email I would be receiving. Except I never received such an email, neither did I ever receive an email, confirming that they sent my prescription to my pharmacy. After two hours have passed I called their office and asked if they knew what had happened to my prescription,. Some lady whom I could barely hear because it sounded like her headset earpiece had fallen into her sweater, told me that they had not put in my prescription yet, but that for sure, I would be receiving an email when they did. Two hours later (therefore, a full four hours after the end of my visit) I called back again because I had not received an email. She then informed me that the prescription had been put in but that somehow an email was never sent. She assured me that I would be getting a visit summary email, and as I am writing this which is now full 36 hours after the visit, I'm still waiting for that email. I cannot presume to know about what happened to cause all the delays but all I know is that all the goodwill and hard work put in by what I consider to be a very good doctor, was thrown out the window through the incompetence of the personnel supposed to be backing him up. Based on that, I would not recommend this provider.
