The Little Clinic at Kroger is a retail clinic in Louisville but unfortunately we don't currently know the hours in which the clinic is open. They are located at 3039 Breckenridge Ln. Of course it's always best to call in advance to confirm hours of operation before walking in.
Retail clinics offer a wide range of services overlapping considerably with those of a traditional walk-in urgent care center. That said, they are usually staffed by a Practitioner (NP) rather than a medical doctor and generally do not have an on-site x-ray or lab services, which will prevent them from seeing patients with more advanced injuries and illnesses.
The Little Clinic at Kroger has received an average rating of1 stars out of 5 across more than 2 total reviews.

Went in saw Hannah who is new, told her my allergies are bad. Told her this usually happens once or twice a year and they give me steroids to calm them down. I Take Zyrtec and use Flonase. She tells me I have allergies and to take Zyrtec & use Flonase or try Claritin instead, says she can’t understand why the clinic gave me steroids in past. Either the nurse practitioners and doctors I have seen in past didn’t know what they were doing or she didn’t hVe a clue how to treat someone. She said she was going by the book, I guess she doesn’t listen to patient but goes by a book! Won’t be returning to The Little Clinic….

Wasted my time, went in Sat. 8 AM. For a cold that I had for 4 days, sent me home with $48.worth of useless over the counter crap. Today is Wednesday still no better. I could have asked the pharmacist what I should get and wouldn't have to pay the little clinic.
