This is not an urgent care at all. They wouldn’t even talk to me like a human being and open the door. I had to call the phone number just to talk to the person that was 5 feet away from me only to be rudely told “this isn’t an urgent care” “the website saying it is isn’t my problem””go to another clinic” with no actual reference to one. Solv needs to remove TOMI from their site/app or at least edit the services so as not to say that they are an urgent care and offer a list of services. Complete waste of time and so unprofessional.
