Went in today for a consistent migrane lasting 24 hours and a fever of 103. Concerned I might have covid I figured I'd try to get into urgent care and address my symptoms. The prescribed me medication for my headache, didn't even address the fever, and doctor told me my symptoms didn't warrant a covid test. Took a home covid test and turns out I have covid. I wonder how many people this doctor is telling they don't have covid just because they don't have a runny nose and sore throat.

The staff made this experience amazing. Everyone is helpful and polite! The office was clean and the wait was less than 5 minutes. Our main PCP didn't have an appointment for about 3 weeks and we needed this asap. Got us right in and took care of us. Definitely will keep them in mind for the future.

Everyone was nice but no one was properly wearing their mask. I was surprised they didn't have n95s, they just had cheap paper. Several staff even had thier masks down around their chins. I will not be going back.

I waited 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time and they basically said they forgot about me.

The staff were very friendly, but disorganized. I made my appointment and filled out my forms online, but was asked for all the information again. There were various degrees of masking, some employees pulled their masks down while interacting with each other and patients. Several employees wore masks below their noses. There were no covid screening protocols in the waiting room and no hand sanitizer or masks available. I waited for over 30 minutes to be seen after checking in. There was no one else in the waiting room ahead of me. I felt generally unsafe.

Solv does NOT register appointments and or information imputed… so Solv is only slightly helpful

The check in processed is a bit confusing because you are asked to fill out your forms via Solv. app. But the information doesn’t transfer to the office staff, Causing duplication and additional time to complete paperwork. Plus the patient is asked to submit copies of the same insurance cards, driver’s license etc. twice.

Tran Urgent was great. They did not have my appointment that I had scheduled through Solvhealth. They said they never receive anything from Solvhealth.
