I have been here three times in the past few years. Each time they have diagnosed me quickly and provided the prescriptions or treatment I have needed. These are well trained providers and I feel comfortable with them.

This urgent care cost me $8000+ even though nothing was wrong with me. I couldn't make this up. Went to have my ears cleaned out; reported a pulled muscle in my arm. Was told by a "dr." with a disabled hand that I was about to have a heart attack and needed to be ambulanced to the ER. I said I don't think so. All the symptoms he asked me if I was having I said no to except the tingling in my arm from the pulled muscle; I had no history of heart problems in my family, and I was 49 and fit. He became even more belligerently insistent. I said at least let me have my husband drive me to the ER; I'm sure I don't need an ambulance. He scared me into signing for the ambulance. Two hours and thousands of tests and doctors' bills later, Martin Memorial ER concluded there's nothing wrong with me except a pulled muscle in my left arm. After months of multiple calls and emails to TC Urgent Care, the rude office manager finally returned my calls and said she had no doctors there with a disabled hand. Eventually, the owner returned my call and said well yes, that guy had been there, but he wasn't actually a dr., and he no longer worked there. Owner said he'd handle my bills with the hospital "even though his people did nothing wrong". One year later, we're still paying off the bills which is why I'm making time to write a review now. Oh, and no, I've still never had any heart problems.

My 12 yr old son got absolutely terrible care there. They gave no advice at all that was helpful. As the matter of fact had we listened to their medical "advice" my son would've been further injured. Fortunately I was able to take him to his regular Doctor the next day. At least on a Sunday, I would not go there. Guessing it's those with the least seniority who work then. They would not even give me a Doctor's excuse for school the next day to be able to go get a "boot." They thought (said) he can go to school without a Doctor's note on crutches and go to the medical store after school (4pm) and get the boot then. Both of those statements are asinine. That is why I had to go to an additional Doctor's visit to get what he needs. The women at the front desk don't even know where their facility is. When a person who couldn't find them called in, they told her "US 1 & Monterey" Wrong, they are NOT on US1. They are on Monterey Rd, so it's "Monterey & US1." That's not a matter of semantics. It's a matter of clear, orderly direction- which they have none of. Even worse is that I e-mailed the Office Manager, and never got a reply.

I’ve used a few urgent care places but this one was the worst. We were there for 25 minutes and nobody ever even spoke to us. We finally just left. Sign on the window tells you to sign in and be seated. This place is a joke. I have gone to one that is a little further away but worth the drive as they do acknowledge you. They should change their category to slow care.
