I hate true health. I swear It adds so much mental stress everytime EVERYTIME I GO HERE OR CALL!!!!! People need to stop going here and let them shut down so someone se can use their space. They take forever to answer, they dont respond They dont call back , I need information from requests I made takes days to get results. no one cares here it's worse than mc Donald's. They all must get paid minimum wage I believe. I cant believe the amount of stress this place gives me and other people. shut it down forever please !!!!!!

If I can only give them 0 stars I will probably do so. Let me start by saying that there is nothing wrong with the doctors. Jeanine and her staff at Express are amazing. Dr Pascual is a good doctor and it takes his time to answer all your questions. Now, for the office's policy and Primary Care staff at Casselberry not that good. Three weeks ago I called my pharmacists to request a refill for my medication in three different times and they all told me that True Health never answered their requests. So, I decided to call myself and I was on hold for an hour and no one answered the phone. I called again to request my refills and after half an hour I was told that I didn't have anymore refills since my request my denied because I needed to see the doctor if I wanted a refill. I'm down to three more days of medication and they won't see me for the next 2 weeks. This is not the first time that this has happened, they have a very bad customer service and they do not care for their patients. For this reason, I would never recommend this office to anyone who has an insurance. If you don't have insurance then at least this place will give you a discount on your visits.
