I would not recommend True Health Urgent Care at all. I made an appointment online through this Solv, for 9AM, the time the urgent care opened. I arrived 10 minutes early as requested to fill out information. I waited until 9:20AM and no one showed up. Other patients tried to come for their appointments and no one was there. I received a call at 9:50AM from True Health saying “do you still want to get your test?” with no apology or acknowledgement. It was very poorly handled and a business should open at the scheduled time, especially when it an urgent care. I will not be going back.
