Came home from vacation with a very sore throat and runny nose. Thinking it may be strep, made an appt. Quick, friendly, convenient and competent. Out the door in short order with a prescription called in. Definitely recommend.

The nurses and the doctor are very friendly and personable. It’s never a good thing to be going to see a doctor for any kind of illness or injury and they do try to make it more comfortable for everyone involved. Checking in made me a bit hesitant but honestly when you are used to getting a simple flat rate up front with other rates possible if needed which are also expressed up front, this was a bit unnerving. They will bill the insurance and the other part of the bill comes later. Like most places, the rates with the insurance are not their rates (they’re much MUCH higher). Overall the care was great and I would definitely visit again in the event that I needed urgent care again. If you are in Grand Island and need to be seen, this is a good place to go.

Everything was a 10+ experience except your front receptionist.  Not friendly, angry expression on her face, and I thought oh boy this was a mistake.  But the other 3 staff members I interacted with were phenomenal. Will tell friends ignore the grouch at the front and you will be amazed with the rest of the group

Went to see them for an issue I have had for the previous 3 weeks. Upon arriving asked if I want to check in via paper or app, did app. Waited about 5 minutes before being called back. This was not a busy time. After completing initial consult saw doctor. Was very efficient in exam and talking about condition. Dr. Was very friendly and to the point. I would recommend them.

The online check-in is difficult for older generation patients who are not technologically proficient.

One of the worst experiences I had here. I went in for a hurt wrist and they asked if anything could have happened a while ago that could have caused the pain and I told them them the truth but then they turn around and said it workmen’s comp or you have to pay around 900 could be more out of pocket before you leave today. Even thought it had nothing to do with work so they charge me some money just to weigh me and tell me that. They could do better. How ever the lady who helped in check in was sweet and nice if i go back I would like to have her again. She was the only person that made the visit even worth going in and having anything positive.
