Doctor didn’t have great bedside manner, didn’t address the rash, didn’t sugg at anything over the counter to help with her symptoms

I reported my symptoms and described how fast they set in, and felt like it wasn't accessed properly. I'm not saying she was wrong just not taken as seriously as I had experienced this before. Basically told to rest and hydrate and give it a few days. It got worse just a few hours after I left. I made an appointment with my primary.

Woke up still not feeling good. It was fast & easy to make an appointment online. Dropped kids off at school & headed there. Checked in online when I arrived & waited maybe 10min.  Nurse was friendly & made me comfortable. Saw Julie, very friendly & good bedside manner. I was in & out within 30min.

Doctors are awesome, professional, and ask a ton of questions while being personable.  However, the reception desk is almost always a struggle.  Not very nice!  You walk up to the window and they don’t even look up off their phones.  They don’t tell you what to do- you can’t assume everyone knows to check themselves in.  Be nice!  Especially with sick people- it’s literally your job.

Son came in with a football injury. The staff was thorough and very informative. They were able to take an x-ray in the office and diagnose at the appointment.
