Twin Rivers Urgent Care, Grand Island

All staff were great and friendly doctor took the time to listen to my symptoms and address them along with a follow up plan if I didn’t improve in the next couple days

Everything went well no long waiting went in and out BUT the receptionists were awfully rude. No good morning no acknowledgment that I was even there. I went up to let one of the receptionists know I was done with the check-in forms just how it says on the papers they have put up. No eye contact, no nothing no good morning, no how can I help you nothing just simply RUDE. The provider and nurse were nice so they should show their receptionist’s how to act with patients.

Been to the urgent cares, not just in GI,  several times in the past month for similar issues. Bryan was thorough and listened to our whole situation that’s been unfortunately ongoing for nearly a month. Appreciate the support and reassurance.

Came in got no answers. Was told i just had allergies and needed to get something over the counter for it and sent home. Had to go to a different doctor again today. Come to find out its more then allergies. Was a waste of my time to come there for no answers and no relief.

Front desk staff was incredibly rude. Walked up to check in and the lady just looked at me, didn’t say hello or anything. Told her I was checking in, asked for my ID and then told me to sit down and wait. Nurse and dr were ok but front desk people need to learn customer service

Awesome staff that promptly got me in where I received excellent care!!!

Family was treated poorly when they came in with my sick daughter. Definitely unacceptable.

Super fast and very nice when I arrived . Great bedside manner and very thrial

Walk in, had to check in online and fill out a bunch of paper. After all that they told me my wait time would be 1.5 hours bc all the rooms were full. We were the only people in the waiting room.  2 others came and got in before us.  Waiting in a waiting room for that long with a sick child not good. Also on Sundays they don’t open till noon, and close at 5pm. They are supposed to be an urgent care not very urgent with their care. They’re the only doctors office open on weekends. They should make the times more available on weekends.

Experienced severe lower back pain on Thursday afternoon and wasn't sure about seeing a doctor, but going to Twin Rivers Urgent Care was extremely helpful. Everyone that saw me was attentive and easy to talk to, they all had amazing bedside manner. Would definitely recommend this provider!
