I was told what I was getting a script for Flonase without being informed of a diagnosis and no explanation of why that OTC was selected until I asked questions to the best of my ability in my brain fog. At which point the person I saw seemed defensive or frustrated. I didn’t experience any empathy and felt like just a number. I’m not convinced the nurse took an accurate history as at the end of the visit I was asked by the provider about the q medication I was taking. I wasn’t taking any medications with a q in the name. There was no acknowledgment of my symptoms or the fact that my blood pressure was 96/40 which I informed the nurse was low for me. The nurse took it so fast I questioned if it was accurate. I wish I could have had the virtual visit as I requested instead of coming in for questionable data points on a physical exam.  No trust was built during this experience. The prescription was sent to an old pharmacy on file, not the updated one I provided on check in.

The doctor told me I had to come to the office for additional test when I told her I had dizziness spells and she told me I had to drive to the office when I told her I had no one to drive me because I just moved to grand island and I knew no one to drive me and I had no money for a taxi. She said I had to come there to be able to get medication. I ended the call since she said she couldn’t help me and I’m letting Medicare not to pay that bill because she said she couldn’t help me.
