Only issue I had was from the online scheduling. It just didn’t work for some reason. But the clerk helped me to get checked in for a walk in and I got everything sorted as I needed, thanks to her.

The scheduling was very easy, check-in went by very fast, the staff was extremely friendly and they listened to all of my concerns. 10/10 recommend!!!

Attending PA didn't really give me the opportunity to explain what was going on, just kinda went straight to evaluating my shoulder and then gave his recommendations

I called twice to see if there were any walk in appointments available and no one answered so I chose the next available appointment. I got there 15 mins before my appointment start time.  Took 1 hour to be called back. I was there for over 2.5 hours. The provider also didn’t even address one of my complaints.
