I've been having issues with my blood pressure the Doctors I've seen especially Dr. Kang have been very helpful and kind and a very friendly staff and affordable for someone with no insurance and on a budget.

I had a bad pain in my leg and stomach. I was hesitant to go to the hospital. My friend recommended me to come to umd urgent care. I'm so glad I did. The staff was super caring and Dr. Monk listened and gave me a through evaluation. He took time to get to the root of the problem. I'm so glad I went there. The wait time was brief also. Definitely recommend.

I was seen promptly and the staff were pleasant and efficient. The doctor was able to treat my wound and gave me instructions for after care. He even clarified the instructions over the phone the next day. Excellent caring and medical skill. Definitely recommend this facility and staff.

This review is only pertaining to the physician and not the medical assistant or receptionist. The medical assistant and receptionist were excellent, efficient and friendly. The physician however, was terrible. The practice opens at 9. He didn’t get to the office until after 930. He was dismissive and had a condescending tone. The way I perceived it, he either didn’t believe in Covid or was speaking down to me because I am a woman. He didn’t wear a mask. My rapid was negative and maybe that’s why, but my pcr results have come back positive. So he knowingly exposed himself, and now his other patients, to Covid. He also didn’t tell me he was prescribing medication and I did not receive instructions from him on dosage or frequency of use.
