What patients are saying...

The nurse was rude and condescending, and treated us as if we were ridiculous for bringing our child in to be seen. We were the only people there and he acted annoyed. Check-in staff was also not friendly. The doctor was better but we will not come back unless we have no other choice.

My experience was okay, it was pretty efficient given it was 2 people working. However there were people who blatantly said they were exposed to covid & had symptoms who were sitting in the waiting room unmasked for quite a long time, exposing all in there. Eventually one of the workers gave them masks, but there should have been a worker at the front enforcing this crucial rule.

They exceeded my expectations which are pretty strict. There was little waiting time ans all went smoothly. I would recommend anyone to use that facility.

Nurse was rude. I know they are busy, but they treat you as if they are tired of helping. Believe me we dont go to hospitals unless is truly necessary. Covid times are difficult times for everyone, not only for health care workers. Dont loose your empathy for others, that's what you sign up for when you choose this career. After waiting with my sick kids for a while and after filing up the forms for both of them, they told me about the fees. I called before showing up and no one mention a $60 copay for each of my kids for a test at an urgent care. Nurse only said " I dont know who you talk to, but that is the fee".

Very efficient. My initial contact was with an RN who wondered why I was requesting covid test..since I had one three weeks ago. Because I have been exposed to someone who is positive..did not expect that kind of interaction. The NP..Travia was phenomenal. Thorough, kind, listened.

The visit was easy to book online and check-in. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. I would definitely use this facility again should I ever need urgent care in the future.
