Called at 7:10 worried I had an ear infection asking if they could still take me, they said no problem. I got there and was greeted with a friendly smile and bubbly attitude, which was very refreshing. Filled out paperwork per usual but I found some of the paperwork unnecessary, I mean it’s an ear infection, I am not there for a heart transplant. The lobby was clean and tidy, I was in the lobby for a total of maybe 10 minutes before being taken back to the exam room, which was also very clean. I knew I had a couple patients ahead of me so I knew it was going to be a few before I was seen but to my surprise I was seen in a respectful and timely manner. And then came the NP, she was AMAZING!!! Can I remember her name? No. Do I have my paperwork? No. Am I mad I can’t remember her name? Yes. Regardless she was so nice and warm, like comforting warm not warm to the touch, we did not hug although by the end of my appointment I wanted to give her a hug. She asked the questions she needed to ask, not invasive just the standard questions one would ask about an ear infection, which I really appreciated, looked in my good ear then the other and said “Yup, it’s an ear infection” gave me one antibiotic to take on the spot advised me to get some Extra Strength Tylenol RAPID RELEASE as I had taken my quota of Advil for the day, sent over my Rx to the Pharmacy and bing bang boom I was home within an hour and fifteen minutes. It was GREAT!
