I went to the facility because I had inflammation in my lower leg. Was not aware that I had to call to be seen, what good is that when you are supposed to be an urgent care facility?! I knew I didn't need the emergency room and couldn't get into my regular doctor. I walked in, mind you, it was 90+ and was told to go back to my car and make the phone call to be seen. There were 2 other people in the waiting room, 2. I explained to the receptionist that my car did not have AC and she replied that this was the policy and that is what I had to do. I went back outside, called and talked to another receptionist and after she confirmed all my information was asked to provide my credit card #. I inquired why when I would be paying with cash. The credit card # was to hold my place in line. Ridiculous! There were 2 other people in the waiting room! I think we could have figured out who was being called for treatment. The compassion was a zero. Thanks but no thanks.
