I had a cough that was getting worse and worse. After 2 1/2 weeks and waking up with a fever I felt it was time to go in. I walked in without an appointment, and it was no problem. Staff was very professional. Dr. put me at ease. The only thing that could not be done was a chest x-ray, so for that I returned today and was reassessed. The prescribed medication was already helping, and I was able to go home with instructions for either going to ER or returning. Very happy to discover this clinic.

The PA made several helpful suggestions about home treatments and prescribed an antibiotics.

The front desk staff was so great in helping me get straight with my TB test requirement, even saved me money in the process!

The staff was very courteous and helped me with a UTI and shingles and the doctor was excellent.

Appointment went smoothly. Unfortunately I couldn’t locate my current insurance card for the appointment, but the situation was urgent and I paid for my appointment out of pocket. I couldn’t justify (let alone afford) paying for the nearly $400 treatment right after paying $200 just to be seen. I left the office in tears. I found the receptionist’s (sitting close by the door) demeanor to be unprofessional. She kept looking at me, making me uncomfortable. I finally looked back over at her as I turned to leave to see her smirking. A patient going through a distressing situation was seemingly amusing to her. As an Urgent Care clinic this is unacceptable from your staff. Based on her alone, I wouldn’t return nor recommend.

Front desk check clerk was very rude. I didn't get her name. Hispanic heavy set in her 30s. She should not be the face of your business. "Like I Said we only have one appointment available " didn't greet when I walked in. Very poor front desk etiquette.

Made a video appointment for 8:15am did all the paperwork prior to appointment got on 15 minutes early at 9 am I called the office cause no one had gotten on call they said oh no one called you I said no they told me because I put on papers that my chest hurts when I cough that I can’t do video appointment so I had to schedule an appointment for 10:15am

The front desk is rude. Even though it hurts to get a shot, it hurt too much when I got the skin test.

Excellent professional care…. Clean facilities, easy to get to.  Would recommend without reservation..
