Super easy to get appointment for TB and pre employment physical

Booked appointment online for the afternoon, but my throat was hurting so much I decided to go earlier and wait. Only had to wait 15 minutes. Staff was friendly, Caring and thorough.

I had a piece of glass stuck in my foot.  Got an appointment in minutes. Same day. No wait when I arrived.   Very thorough process, as the nurse practitioner was painstakingly careful not to hurt me.  She took out 3 pieces of glass. Very happy with the service received and the demeanor of the team offering service.  If you need urgent care, go here.

I have such anxiety going into get care for my disease. The bedside manners and skills of all the staff members blew me away. They listened and truly care at this place. Thank you

Bad sore throat and swollen neck glands were my complaint. No appointments were available to book in advance but I was able to walk in and get seen by the doctor quickly. A bit of paperwork via mobile but once sorted out all was well. The staff were all very nice and the doctor was excellent. Covid and Strep test performed on the spot were both negative. The doc offered steroid pills or a shot and I opted for the shot. It worked great and I felt a little better that afternoon. Only one small suggestion and that is that the platforms and step up on the exam room “beds” could do with a good cleaning. They were very dirty.

Thought I had pink eye, so decided at noon to get it checked. Got a 2pm appointment, was taken in immediately, vitals taken right away, and PA came in after 10 minutes; in and out in 45 minutes! All staff was professional and friendly.

The staff was young but friendly, though on 2 occasions when unknowingly spoken to by staff, I assumed they were talking on the phone because they were not looking at me, nor addressed me by name.  I write it off to growing up with cell phones and a lack of exposure to good manners and social etiquette. Doctor was great.  Service was efficient and I was able to easily acheive my goal of having my health checked.

This is a great place to go…easy to make an appointment, professional staff, great communication from the team. It’s much better than having to wait 2 weeks or more to see my primary doctor.

Provider had a fantastic attitude and did not rush me. She was also quite funny. Very knowledgeable.
