Very nice staff.  Excellent care and good communication.  The PA seems to have a lot of responsibility of patient care and office management.  Seems like he could use some help.  He was a very good clinician!  Trying to be chief, cook and bottle washer all at the same time can lead to mistakes as you have some young staff in there.  Be mindful of stretching the person in charge too thin.  Also be aware of your documents lying around and providing medical instructions of medication and treatment in the waiting area.  You could have a HIPAA violation by just setting some quick protocols.   I appreciated the care greatly and will use you again for sure.

I felt like I had a urinary tract infection over a weekend so I made an appointment for Monday. It’s so easy to do on line. I’ve never waited at this facility which is very nice & clean, and I’m always met with a smiling face. The Physician’s Assistant is excellent and always answers my questions and gets my issue resolved! I feel I receive excellent care at this Urgent Care!

Staff was great from checkin to checkout. Wait time was minimal and the Doc addressed my issue. All staff were courteous and pleasant to talk to.

Went in to get my Covid, flu shot and excessive ear wax removal. The assistants were through and friendly. The Doctor is fantastic, listening to my issues with patient sensitively. I am a Disabled Veteran and would prefer my visits at Urgent Care instead of the VA Hospital.

The NP was great. But the other staff seemed new and nervous. It took 2 young girls to draw my blood and I have the easiest vein in the world. Never ever had an issue.  I asked for prescription to be sent to Safeway. I got there and it wasn’t there. Found out it was sent to CVS!

Everything was profesional from counter staff to nurses and Doctors! They took care of my injury as I’ve expected! And the following appointments were according to my own schedule. Thank to all!

Suspected shingles. Awesome PA agreed right away and prescribed a newer version than that which had worked for me in the past. I'm doing very well! I would absolutely recommend this provider!
