M y experience at the facility was great but unfortunately they did not follow through with sending the prescription to CVS so did not get the care I needed. Never got my prescriptions and it was Friday afternoon and  you guys were not open to find out what happened. My visit and money spent was wasted and did not get the medication I needed. Very disappointed and had to follow up with another provider which was more money and my toe was very painful. I would not recommend!

I made an appointment for 1:00pm.  I arrived a few minutes beforehand but was not given a room until a little after 1:15.  I subsequently waited in the exam room more than 30 minutes with only one checkin by a staff member.  When I finally saw a doctor, he spent a minimum amount of time and left me with staff.  This was not a life and death emergency, but I spent a LOT of time waiting for a couple of minutes with a doctor. This was not a satisfactory experience and I will be looking for another option for a quick visit to a physician.  The doctor was certainly fine but the wait was not acceptable.
