Was able to get an appointment easily with little wait time . Very nice staff, was able to get X-ray right away. Close to home. I recommend this urgent care for fast and friendly service.

I felt rushed by the nurse. While I was thinking of the exact date of the onset of my symptoms, the nurse gruffly and impatiently said, "Well?" Then she only gave me a few seconds before LOUDLY repeating a different question. She showed no signs of empathy or compassion and seemed almost angry. The other medical professional who helped me was EXCELLENT. She was thorough, knowledgeable, precise, kind, and educated me more than many doctors have in the past. Great bedside manner. Front office staff were welcoming and friendly!

Walk in accept . All the employees are really nice.

Started to feel under the weather Saturday late afternoon. Got worse as the evening went on. By Sunday was worse, cough, chills, nausea and headache across the sinus area.   Have used the clinic before and as always was very happy with the staff and facility. I was a walk in, it was a very busy day for them but was seen promptly as a walk in. Kelly was great and very easy to speak with. My pharmacy contacted Kelly for clarification.  Although it was after hours Kelly contacted me to verify some information. That’s great dedication to her patients.  I will continue to use your facility. Always convenient, great staff and very nice facility, always very clean. I have recommend your clinic to others in the past and will continue to do so.

Woke up with a fever and scheduled an appt online right away. Checkin was easy and Stephanie was fantastic.

Stephanie managed my health concerns well. And most importantly, she makes certain you get the best care possible. I will return to Urgent Care Center of Westmont should the need arise.

Been sick for a few days and decided to see a doctor. Made an appointment for 1040am and was in the office by 11am. Staff was all so friendly and helpful. Nurse did my flu test and doc came in a few minutes later. Gave me a prescription for flu meds and antibiotics to prevent an ear infection. Overall took less than an hour. Highly recommend.
