I didn’t even schedule appointment. I was so sick, I just showed up and they got me in no time to see a provider.  The nurse practitioner treated me with wonderful care, listening and then explaining my illness and then making sure I understood my post care.

Everything up until seeing the doctor was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and helpful and that day I did not have to wait long. I suspected I had a Right ear infection and so did the doctor, but after looking in my Right ear he tried looking in the Left with the same speculum. Cross contamination. I asked he use a new one before looking in my Left ear and he got defensive about it, was short and dismissive the rest of the appointment.

I’m so lucky that this location is near my home. Always reliable, very friendly staff most of which actually have great humor. They’re very thorough and always make sure that everything they do is done properly and effectively. Kelly is fantastic and truly cares more than you’d think.
