I didn’t have to wait long and I was a walk-in patient. The people were nice and caring. Dr was thorough.  I would recommend this place!

Doctor was a very aged man probably in his 70s or 80s and very profane upfront language “not  dam” like a dam” give a dam”. Made me feel stupid and his old fashioned demean was unwelcoming and rude. I was seeking care that I have a right too and instead he wanted to make me wait for his own personal opinion. I made it clear it was my right and one way or another at the end of the day what I wanted I was going to get weather it was at their office or the ER or another clinic. I would not recommend this location to anybody even in life or death scenarios. I would rather have spent 6+ hours at the ER than have gone to this location for 1 hour and deal with a health care related interaction such as that.

Everything went smoothly, one of most relaxed urgent care offices I have ever been to.

Dropped in without an appointment for an ear issue. Checked and into an exam room in about 10 minutes. Doctor came in a few minutes after that. He was friendly, funny, personable and really made me feel at ease.  Would definitely recommend the clinic.

Have a swollen, heated and severely swollen calf. Came online and scheduled an appt. I was easy and completed all info so that I was ready for appt when I arrived. Doc was quick and very thorough. Sent me to hospital for further testing.

Went in a couple days ago for a sore throat and got some tests run. Results came back today and I was told a script was going to get called in to my pharmacy to pick up later today. She told me she was about to call it in after we got off the phone. Showed up to the pharmacy later to see if it was ready. Turned out the script was never called in or sent it. Called around to another pharmacy to see if it was sent to the wrong one maybe, nope. So pretty big waste of time culminating in nothing since I didn’t even end up getting the meds I was supposed to. Would not go back.

Everything went very smoothly, from the scheduling, to the check-in, to eventually being seen by the chart/triage nurse and the Doctor. Thank you very much for your help, Urgent Care Clinic South!

Dr. Vallejo is a kind and caring physician. What I really need is a permanent PCP. Meanwhile, I have chronic medical conditions caused, and/or, exacerbated by a stroke I had 30 years ago. My former PCP left me high and dry without any consideration as to how I was going to manage my symptoms of Essential Tremor and other chronic medical conditions. Dr. Vallejo was good enough to order several tests from the lab to rule out a few things. I'm very grateful. I would definitely recommend Dr Vallejo.

I have been to this clinic 3, maybe 4 times. I have had great experiences each time with concerned practitioners.  Convenience is so welcome. I tend to wait til I can barely function.

The doctor and staff were all very kind and helpful. Wait time wasn’t too long. :)
