My son was checked for what turned out to be an ear infection. Despite many people ahead of us, the wait was incredibly bearable and we were updated often. The staff was so kind. We will always choose Urgent Care for Children!

Having waited nearly two hours to see a provider to give a urine sample and not have any test ran was disappointing. Even more so was to have my 13 year old daughter, who didn’t feel good, find clinical staff watching TikTok at the desk was incredibly frustrating. It was said to us multiple times “you haven’t been here in a while” that is the reason why.

my son developed a croup cough late at night. i called & headed there around 30 min before closing, i felt terrible but they completely welcomed us in & that means so much to me. the front desk lady, medical assistant & nurse practitioner were the kindest souls. the nurse practitioner still took her time to make sure i knew & felt comfortable with my sons diagnosis & treatment. THANK YALL SO MUCH for just being kind & professional.

Walked in at 7:30 on a Friday night with my daughter who just broke her wrist. They were great with her and did an xray and put a temporary cast using ortho glass on her until I got her into see the orthopedic surgeon. Thank you!

First time coming here and will not be back. Upon walking in, the receptionist gave no greeting or even asked me what we were there for. I had to tell her that this was our first time and not sure what we needed to do. She seemed annoyed and  started taking our info and I told her my daughter had a fever for 2 days and told her that she had only one dry diaper after nap time (which is normal for her since we are potty training and she wakes up from naps/bedtime dry often). She immediately told me that they couldn’t see her because she needed fluids and we needed to go the ER. I was so confused as i never said anything about her needing fluids, only a fever. I asked her if there was any way she could be seen and she said she would have to talk to the provider it was their discretion. She came back and told me that i would have to take her to the ER for fluids since she was “severely dehydrated”. Again i told her that she was not, as i never said anything about that and was only there for a fever. She went back again and talked to her supervisor. It took me to tell her that i was NOT going to be taking my 1 year old daughter to the ER to wait for 4+ hours for a fever because they were not going to give her fluids because she’s NOT dehydrated. I’m very confused on how a receptionist can even give medical advice when my daughter wasn’t even evaluated. She told me that since i said “she had 2 dry diapers today that she was dehydrated” I asked her when did i ever say that? I told her again that i was only here for her fever and that alone. She cut me off and told me to have a seat and fill out the paperwork for new patients. Just very unwelcoming and non friendly environment from the start. While waiting i overheard her tell 2 other people that walked in to go to the ER as well. Just sounded like she wanted to be lazy. Once we get taken back, i felt the MA was very nice as he took my daughters vitals and was kind. The nurse practitioner was very nice and ran the tests but still left with no clear answer. I will not be back here due to the receptionist alone. Working as a the first face people see when they take their sick children in to be seen should be friendly and welcoming and that was not provided here at all.

Brought my almost two year old in after running fever for a few days. They were more than willing to swab her and the doctor and nurse were both amazing! They listened to my concerns. I was there barely an hour with wait time, swab time, and talking with the doctor! Highly recommend.
