My 7 month old was seen for a possible ear infection while having hand foot and mouth, we waited 2 hours in the waiting room and 35 minutes in the back for the doctor to come in and spend MAYBE 10 minutes checking on my daughter. She told us she had an ear infection and when we asked her to check her toe, because it was turning yellow, she told us it was fine and to keep an eye on it. We were told her medication would be sent in by end of day, and to our surprise they had never sent her antibiotic to the pharmacy. We decided to go to american family care to get her antibiotics for her confirmed ear infection and once again to our surprise, we were told she has no ear infection and her ear isn’t even red to suggest she has at all. We also had them look at her toe and she confirmed it was in fact infected, and could turn into a staph infection if left untreated.  All this to say, we will never be back and we do consider the doctor to be grossly negligent.

Dr.Khatib was the absolute best. Give that man a raise.

We walked in at the end of the night. Brenda and Fransica (I believe that’s their name) at the front desk were incredibly friendly and remembered us from our last visit. The clinic staff and doctor were fantastic, especially with the kids. There were three patients ahead of us, but we were in and out in no time. We were very grateful for the exceptional service from the staff and doctor. Every visit has been a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Please tell customers the truth about payment setup. The front desk staff told me that I had to put in a credit card in order to register my child. I have never had to do this before. Then she stated, you won’t be charged. This is a lie, I received a text after the visit stating that my card would be charged. We won’t be back unless it is absolutely necessary. Just be honest from the start.

Dr spent a few minutes with us. Thats all. We won't be back

My daughter started having fevers after hours and we were able to get there before they closed. The receptionist had a fake smile and snobbish attitude. The MA was very nice and friendly. The doctor was very informative about what was going on with her. But the feeling was weird

This was the absolute best experience from scheduling to visit. The staff was so welcoming and warm. These days, good customer service is so hard to come by, and this was a refreshing experience. Would recommend 10x over, especially with needing an appointment on a Sunday morning.

Scheduling was easy and the nurses were super nice. But the doctor was kind of rude and seemed as if he was in a hurry to leave. I just don’t understand why I came all the way out to the office for him to tell me i need to see her pediatrician tomorrow.

Everyone from the front desk to the doctor was very kind and efficient. Would definitely recommend them.
