Staff was friendly, the doctor was professional and very helpful!

We were 4 hours away from home when our daughter started experiencing symptoms of a UTI. After a quick google search and about a 8 minute phone call at 8:15pm we had an appointment scheduled at 8:40pm. The online paperwork was easy to fill out, and we were called in within 5 minutes after we checked in at 8:35pm. The staff were very kind and professional. My daughter was thoroughly checked out, diagnosed, had her prescription called in to a local pharmacy, we were given the directions for the pharmacy, and checked out by 9:04. I wish we had a pediatric urgent care in our local area. We had a great experience and my daughter is already feeling 100% better.

Awesome experience!!! Staff was friendly and insightful. Clinic was clean and well kept. All of my questions and concerns were addressed.

Tried to schedule online but kept going in a loop.  After inputting insurance info 3rd time & being put back to same page to do it again for 4th time, I just drove to the building & was seen within minutes.

The visit was great. Staff were professional and friendly. Attending Nurse Practitioner was excellent.

I go to this clinic often. But yesterday the wait time was unreal. I had been there since 5:30ish didn’t get called back until 6:50. I was sitting in there waiting to be called next several people came in after me my appointment time was 5:50 and the receptionist put someone else before me. It made me very upset.

We were in and out within 30 minutes. The NP was so friendly and her exam was quick but thorough. The staff members were welcoming and caring. I highly recommend!

Physician did not seem very knowledgeable. Scheduling and overall wait time/convenience was great.

Had a late night trip to urgent care with my child for ear infection. So glad yall were open and we were able to get care right away.

I fail to see the point of scheduling appointments ahead of time if I will still be waiting over 2 hours to see the provider. Walk-ins were being quoted a 2 hour wait so I don’t understand why someone with an appointment should have to wait the same amount of time - actually longer. I was in that office for 2 hours and 45 minutes with a sick cranky 10 month old and I will never go back. If you can’t see your scheduled appointments in a timely manner, you are offering too frequent appointment windows. I thought I would try Urgent Care For Children based on what I have heard, but I will go back to the other urgent care I use. She did apologize but there’s only so much you can apologize for.
