Everything was very easy and staff was very respectful and polite. I was able to walk my daughter in and out without waiting too long. The Front desk answered all my questions with respect and she listened. The nurses and Doctor also listened and made sure my daughter got the care that she needed.

It was a game day Saturday, so maybe I got lucky but our wait time was less than five minutes. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the doctor was very eligible and helpful. .We got out less than 30 minutes.

I took my son on a Saturday when he had been running a fever and complaining of a sore throat. They did a strep test, which was negative and then the “Dr.” came in, looked in his throat, where he observed ulcers, and said it could be anything, but it’s not strep. Three days later my son is still running fever and is positive for strep. When I called to ask if they had sent the test off to be cultured, they very rudely told me no, but I could come back in and pay for another exam.  Despite all of this, my biggest complaint is the cleanliness. It was FILTHY. The floors, walls, and exam tables were visibly dirty. The exam room we were in was out of basics like tissues and hand sanitizer. We will definitely not be returning and do not recommend.

My daughter was timid before we even made it to the office. Dr/CNP Merrill walked in and eased her anxiety. They were doing silly handshakes by the time we were finishing up. He took time to explain everything to ALL of us and answered all of our questions. Really, really appreciate his level of care and the extra care he showed my child so she could talk openly. We love our current pediatrician too but I would choose him just for helping my daughter feel so comfortable.

The nurse practitioner could not tell me the name of any laxatives for my 4year old after I’d asked her what kind should I get. She didn’t even use her cell phone or computer to look it up.
