I waited for 2 hours in the parking lot for a drive thru covid test. When attempting to call the front desk no one ever answered. The rapid test results were supposed to be available within 25 minutes but were not uploaded to the patient portal for almost 2 hours. In total it took 4 hours to get tested and receive results.
