Was seen Saturday for ear pain and throat pains ended up having to come back Wednesdays due to no change, we waited an hour before a nurse called us back. We waited another 30mins before I finally went and asked how long and explained why I was asking. A lady I did not realize was the doctor told me 10 to 15minutes more. She then proceeds to come in with aggression and attitude the whole time and when I call her out she tells me she didn't not mean to be rude but never changed her tone or mannerisms. I've never been so pissed at a doctor telling me they rushed my daughter up and yet didn't have time to check her chart. I simply asked how much longe to know if we needed to go get my son and come back later or to wait it out. I never asked to be moved up and rushed. While appreciated I want the same treatment as everyone else. For the doctor to tell me she didn't have time to look at her chart and to belittle me for saying why we came in and that it's for pain only was just not ok. Then proceeds to still not listen to me on why we came in and doesnt reassure my daughter shes getting better. She also ignores me and just listens to my daughter which is fine until my daughter doesnt know and i had to answer and she still doesnt understand. Horrible bed side manners .She's a doctor for kids you'd think there would be compassion and sympathy more. I will never return if she's a doctor that day.

Scheduling is always very easy online.  Family has always been taken care of very well with little to no wait time except for today.  From the time our appointment was to when we left was 3 hours. I asked a nurse if we would be next and she explained that the doctor on hand is taking too long and her staff has complained to upper management.😳  The doctor came in and spent less than 2 minutes in the room and said my little one was fine without checking her throat when I explained she has a cough, runny nose, etc. I asked if she could do a strep test and all she mentioned was why she and her staff didn’t get the test done when we arrived. 😳 This was not a good experience and it is very disappointing. We have always loved going here until today.

The front desk and drs are so caring while my baby has the worse night! In the midst of Covid-19 and everything they took time to give excellent bedside manner. It’s so refreshing! Thank you so much for everything y’all do

DO NOT BOOK THIS FOR A COVID TEST!!!!! I used this service to book a COVID test that was required for me to return to school. I am an adult, but nothing on this site said I couldn't book through here for the test, and I had been tested previously at a pediatric urgent care so didn't think anything of it. I arrived at the same time as another adult (a teacher trying to be cleared to be in the classroom), and we were told that, even with confirmed online appointments, adults were not able to get a test. Apparently adults are supposed to book a virtual visit online and then would be able to get a test, however there were no virtual appointments available for days. The location had no other patients, and the staff was inflexible and unable to accommodate either of us even though we had pressing deadlines. I ended up going elsewhere and paying out of pocket for an expensive test to have my results in time. I will not be using the Solv service again in the future, and I would not recommend this Urgent Care for Kids location.

Had a telemedicine appointment, was told I could get a Covid test had an appointment made and was cancelled after waiting 45 minutes because I had a prior symptom I was no longer experiencing. Very inconvenient. Just needed a COVID test to clear myself for work and couldn’t even do that.

IF I COULD NO STARS, WAITED SO LONG AFTER CHECK IN AND COMPLETELY GOT SKIPPED THEN WHEN CONFRONTED LIED TO FACE.THEY NEED NEW PEOPLE THAT WILL BE TRUSTWORTHY AND COMPASSIONATE.
