I had a very bad experience with Kelsey Ennila NP. We waited for 2.5 hours to be met by an obnoxious doctor (Nurse Practitioner) Kelsey Ennius who was rushed, rude and abrupt, the WORST bedside manner I have ever experienced from a doctor. He made us feel like we were inconveniencing him for being there. I literally told him “I do not appreciate the way you are talking to me” and he answers with, “I’m talking to you no differently than I talk to anyone else.” I can not give review of his quality of care, as he basically spent 5 minutes with us and said to give our 7 year old Tylenol and to take him to Kapiolani if he needed more help.

I had a terrible experience here. I scheduled a covid test due to exposure to someone + with covid, and got a call on my way there that they had decided that my appointment would be in person, and to come right in when I got there. The room was packed, no one was six feet apart, and I was very uncomfortable. When I got to the desk I was told I shouldn’t have come inside and to wait outside. Complete disorganization. Next, I waited over an hour past my scheduled time, watching multiple people get swabbed outdoors for a covid test, that had arrived after me. I don’t understand why my test was the only one to be held in a room, and whenever I asked them how much longer it would be, I was told 5-10 minutes until a room opens up, it became over an hour past my scheduled wait time and I informed the front desk I was leaving. She just nodded and waved me away, didn’t even apologize or try to help. Maybe they are overwhelmed but in that case they need more staff. They never even called me to follow up. I went to the airport and paid 150$ to get a test instead and was in and out within 5 minutes. I was absolutely disgusted by the service I was given here, and will never go back. I suggest others do not as well. Very unsafe environment without any patient compassion.

Set an appointment at 3:50 showed up 30 minutes early n wasted my time waiting for a ghost.
