Easy and quick…check-in was fast…staff was really helpful…and they were able to help me out with my own questions.

Came in for pre-employment drug and alcohol and decided to renew my dot med card while i was there. The girl at the front desk was very helpful, knowledgable and professional. She was able to answer all my questions and guide me. The physician was thorough, professional and personable. Quick service, fair price, good people. I will choose this facility in the future.

Had a drug test for work and the staff was very kind and quick.

Scheduling was easy, I can complete it online. I waited about 30min to be seen, even though I was the only person in the office. They said they had someone come in who was in a trauma and need more immediate attention than I, hence the long wait time. The phlebotomist was very rude to me because on the past blood draw after they had cleaned the area, they contaminated the site and I asked if anyone else could complete the blood draw. No one was available after waiting maybe another 10-15min, so I just left the facility to go somewhere else. I would definitely not come back to this location ever again after such a negative experience with the phlebotomist not following proper procedures for a blood draw.

Everyone was very friendly, very helpful, very quick to get me in. They just overall did an amazing job.

I waited 20 minutes just to be told they didn't have anyone on staff and they were closing 30 minutes early. Apparently a basic physical and respirator fit test requires multiple doctors and several hours to complete. Hopefully they used their free time to throw out a little ice melt.
