Scheduled an appointment, got there a few minutes early and checked in. Had a walk in go before me, waited 10-15 minutes after my scheduled time. Staff was very friendly. Just wish that you could get meds when you ask instead of just being told it won’t help so no

The online check in is super convenient for scheduling and having paperwork done upon arrival. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and was avidly doing in depth evening cleaning. The office looked wonderful. The nurse was a gentleman whom needs a little practice as far as being unbothered by the awkward situations with female clients. Facial expressions tell all. However he was mostly polite and maintained professionalism. The practitioner was a very kind woman with bedside manner and relatable conversation which always makes things easier. I drive all the way here from another town to be seen because I appreciate their thorough and forward approach while still taking time to care of the individual situations. Also the online check-in and scheduling and hours available for those who work later make them my first choice every time.

My only complaint is the chairs are hard. It wouldn't have mattered I had a gluteal wound so sitting was tough anyway. From reception to MA to PA staff was very professional and accommodating. For a walk-in setup there was essentially no waiting. I will definitely go here again for anything Urgent care scope that my PCP can't address.

Everything about my care was amazing other than prescribing me a medicine when they should have prescribed another one they prescribed penicillin for an infected tooth and it did not touch my infection when they could have prescribed augmentin and it's a better choice for the situation

Struggling with a stiff neck and extreme pain for several days. Was able to schedule an appointment to be seen the same day, was brought back right away. Waited less than 10 min to see a provider. Received recommendations for treatment, medication. Was also able to schedule an appointment for elective IV therapy.

Very friendly and professional staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL AS WELL AS VETERANS.

Traveling through Casper and needed care for back pain that was ruining our trip,  easily got an appt, no wait time, excellent nurse and PA.  Got scripts and we were on our way.  Very thankful
