Urgent Care of New Port Richey, New Port Richey

Stopped in due to persistant cough. Was met with friendly, professional and fast service. Everything was explained to me in detail and was seen and released in record time.  Always get this kind of service when I am not feeling welll and it makes a medical visit nice.

The Staff and Doctor were Professional and they o the point for diagnosis.  Put my mind at ease.  Since it was a Sunday the medications subscribed were not filled soon enough for their Pharmacy 5.00 closing..  So will start on them today Monday evening to get things cleared up. I have taken others here and they received excellent treatment also.

I was a walk in greeted very kindly. Made me feel very  comfortable. Everyone was attentive and  thoughtful. NP Jay was excellent. Got my prescriptions  feel  a little better today.  I have been there before and always had a good experience . Thank you

Everything was delightful- staff = friendly, helpful, stitches were taken out very nicely with with least possible discomfort. Everything explained before it was done. Couldn’t ask for more !!

I had an injury with a deep cut. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment online, many appointments available to choose from. I was able to complete checkin paperwork online and check into the clinic via my phone. The office is very clean, the staff all very friendly, and I had very minimal wait time. The nurse and doctor were patient, listened to my concerns, and provided fast care. I needed to go in for a follow up and received the same consistent quality treatment. I will definitely be back when I need care.

Quick and fast. Wish every urgent care was this quick due to my UTI. I was visiting from out of town.

Came in an hour before closing and was seen quickly. They sent the scripts I needed before I left and was able to start my medications asap. Everyone one was helpful and made the process easy.

I had bad sinus & chest congestion I stopped by @11:45am was greeted with courtesy & filled out a short form & taken back within 5 minutes. The PA was very courteous & friendly & I was seen in minutes by the Doctor who examined me & told me his diagnosis & prescribed me medication @ my pharmacy immediately. A day later I was feeling very much better & I’m Extremely Satisfied & Impressed with the clinic.

Staff was amazing and friendly. Super fast too! I didnt have to wait long at all and self pay price wasnt to bad compared to other urgent cares.

The young man at the reception desk was very helpful and caring.
