Waited 65 minutes to be see.  Had to call them twice.   Terrible experience with staff and provider spent 50 seconds treating.  I understand being busy, but the staff has no courtesy or empathy that I had to call and wait 65 minutes for the doctor … would give 0

Always simple and quick. Just what you need when you feel awful.

Woke up at 4 a.m. with a terribly painful UTI. All aspects of my appt was sooooo easy. I love what the physician owner(s) has done with this UrgentCareUSA.

The lady that I called at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Also the nurse. She was great and doctors. Prescribed me Medicine. to make me get better. Quick. I recommend this urgent care usato everyone who's sick. They are the best.

Very easy and everyone was very professional from start to finish..The doctor GREAT!!

The Drs care and make it easy for people that can't physically get there in person.

It was easy to schedule, however the doctor was not very friendly.  I would use the virtual clinic again because it’s convenient but that’s the only reason.  The staff answering the phone at urgent care USA are great though!! I called because I had an issue at the pharmacy and they helped immediately without hesitation and without question.

I was sick for 3 days, I made a virtual visit. It was easy to Schedule deficit delayed at the front desk was very friendly. And got me to see the Doctor at my appointment time. It was less than 30 minutes. The nurse is also very friendly. And they dodged her prescribed me Medicine and was very thoughtful. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to go there or to do it to visit.
