I was so thankful that Dr. Joule was able to see me for my lower back pain. The staff was very helpful, kind and efficient. I was taken in for my appointment quickly and had diagnostics done and evaluated within minutes. The staff at Urgent Care 4 U in McAllen has helped me get on the road to recovery.

The wait was over two hours. My appointment was at noon. Was seen at 1:55

There is nothing “urgent” about urgent care. I Arrived 10 min early for my scheduled appointment and still waited over an hour to be called in for vitals. Receptionist was not friendly and her responses were covered in sarcasm. I called the office again, confirming my prescription had been sent to the correct pharmacy and her curt responses were far from warranted. Dr and assisting staff were all very courteous and attentive.

I waited for 30 minutes before a staff member called to ask some questions. Then they told that a doctor is going to call me that did not happen. It was a PA. It took forever received the prescription and then the Payment. When I asked if I can use the restroom after 1 and 30 m. They told they we’re closed. Never going back. What is the purpose of being there if they do not allow you to enter into the building ? It would be more honest just to Offer telemedicine. Lack of respect empathy or consideration to the patients.

The doctor and the staff is very friendly and it a great service.

My only complaint is the website said you would see a Dr. I saw a PA. I knew that if I needed fluid drawn off my knee, I would need a Dr. So, I could have just went and scheduled an apptmnt with Dr and avoided this apptmnt with a pA, who cannot do that procedure. False advertising, but a way to compete for business! Will not recommend. Be honest.

Urget Care4UIs not Not a friendly facility. On line appointment are not respected or followed. With no car on the parking area and 3 staff members inside facilities, they don't answer the phone. I don't I will come back or recommend the services.

Check in was a bit difficult, but I managed. The staff was great and helpful. COVID complicates things, but other than that, my visit was productive. Now I hope I start feeling better soon.
