Outstanding clinic visit from start to finish ! Jacob was pleasant and helpful in completing the sign in process and making me feel welcome . Misty’s professionalism and smile made triage easy and fast, helping to make my visit time efficient. Michael the Nurse Practitioner was very knowledgeable and  performed the most thorough physical exam I have had in many years, which was long overdue. West Point is lucky to have a Baptist Urgent Care Clinic staffed with such a pleasant and professional staff !  I would definitely recommend this clinic and provider as well as the nurse and receptionist!

Scheduling to come in to see someone about my symptoms was easy. It was a bit of a wait, since there were others in ahead of me, but the staff had been very helpful and overall staff. Especially, Dr. John awesome! He took the time to explain your symptoms and what he suggests that he will you recover. He was awesome.

Walk in for DOT. Quick simple caring professional. Couldn’t have asked for a better visit. Even checked out an injury from 4 weeks ago just to have a second set of eyes on it.
