Every time we check in here, we have to confirm that we are using them as our PCP or primary care provider last week. I was told by the office that they would not be able to do a certain medication for me that they have done in the past because I would need to go see my primary care which as I had stated previously every time we check in, we have to confirm that they are our primary care providers. Then I was told in the office that they don’t do mostly primary care there then in the next statement with my son, I was told we need to bring him back next week for bloodwork and maybe for an ultrasound G.I. problems primary care stuff which contradicted what I was just told previously Shaking my head !!!! Was told one thing on Friday of last week about a work excuse for my son get into the office yesterday did exactly what they told me to do on Friday brought him in on yesterday and they said they can’t backdate it now my son will lose his job because of this this office has went downhill very fast We have been going there for years now.

I had been sick with flu almost two weeks and had developed complications. Ear pain, back pain, nausea. I was offered several options for treatment given my history of medication reactions. We found good solutions and I hope to begin feeling better quickly!
