I woke up with a high fever, body aches, burning chest and throat, and feel absolutely awful. My primary was booked and sent me to St. Thomas Urgent Care. They were wonderful! Flu sucks, but at least we know what's going on!

I have been to this office twice this week. The first time I saw a male doctor. I can’t remember his name but he was terrific! He was on time, respectful, sympathetic about how I was feeling, and very knowledgeable. He told me to come back if I had any new symptoms or if they got worse. Today, I woke up with an ear ache which I have not had, so I went back. I arrived 20 min before my appointment and was pleased to see only two people in front of me. After an hour, I left my room and asked the receptionist (who is very nice) if I could use the restroom since I had been waiting so long. On my way back to my room I noticed that the two patients in front of me had already been seen and left. I went back to my room and waited a while longer. When the nurse practitioner came in, she did not seem prepared, or that she even cared whatsoever that I want feeling well. It seemed like I was inconveniencing her by ruining her lunch or something by being seen. Only for her to tell me that the ear ache was part of the problem I already had and there wasn’t anything to do for it. I can’t recommend the first doctor I saw enough, he was great! However, if I go back in and see that nurse practitioners name as on duty, I will save my co-pay and an hour of my time and just go to the emergency room.

The staff is great and this is the only Urgent Care clinic I will go to. They are kind and efficient and thorough. I have been to Fast Pace and had a bad experience twice so I recommend Urgent Care!

Went as a walk-in patient. Check-in was easy because I'd been there before. Wait time was about 15 minutes. All went well except the bathroom I had to use to provide a sample. The water came out of the faucet in a trickle and the floor was filthy. Made me wonder how well the rest of the place was cleaned. High ratings for the doctor and nurse.

did the online checkin so i could wait i. the car with my toddler along with all paperwork. then went inside when text let me know to make my way in where i had to wait an additional 30 minutes before being called back. the feature to check-in and wait i. the car is great if it’s used to avoid sitting in a waiting room with sick people/children. the receptionist was rude to me when i was speaking to another person in the waiting room. very unprofessional

I came in with a horrible toothache and sinus congestion, pressure, and headaches. I saw Suann Thomason I think was her name, and she felt bad for me. She could tell I didn’t feel good, and I was in pain. She gave me an antibiotic, and asked the nurse to give me a shot of toradol. She said she hoped I felt better, and left the room. She gave me enough time to get into my dentist that Tuesday, and I can’t say how much I appreciated her for her help. Because they’re so limited on time, especially because this was Labor Day weekend, you can’t always convey in words how much care and attention a provider shows. She was very sincere, and I would see her again. I would recommend her. ❤️

Came in for deep cough, aches, and congestion. Got right in to see Luann Davison who assessed my issues, took xrays, gave covid test. Diagnosed positive for covid and pneumonia. Prescribed medicine which is improving symptoms. I am very pleased and impressed by the care and handling I received at St Thomas Urgent Care! I will recommend to others.

The scheduling 'Hold My Spot' system has a big that will not allow patient to input birthrate, which makes the system not work well. Once that issue is fixed, the process to be physically seen is fast, efficient, and helpful.
