This clinic is a disaster. They lost me the plane flight. More than 72 hours passed and they did not give me the result of the test. making me miss the flight I do not recommend it they are very informal I waste my time and a lot of money

The new online check in system was a nightmare. It was impossible to get registered and fill it necessary paperwork on it. I waisted an hour of time trying to get it to work even with the nurses help. Once given the paperwork to fill out manually it went really fast. I'm sure that once the bugs are worked out, the online check in will be great. The staff was great. Once the swab was taken, the "15 minute" Covid test took almost an hour, but the staff did keep poking their heads in the door to let me know the results would be in soon. I appreciated that because I knew they didn't forget about me.
