I have been sick for 10 days with terrible earaches and throat pain along with a really deep cough. I went to one walk-in clinic and they just said it’s a common cold, water and rest. Two days later, I went to a different location for a walk-in clinic and they told me I had double ear infection and a respiratory infection with lots fluid behind my ear my eardrum. I haven’t slept in many nights because of coughing and such a bad ear pain. I thought that I was going to get antibiotics and a prescription strength decongestant. I must have been confused, because when I picked up my prescription. It was just the antibiotic . I called to have the telehealth appointment, and they were able to quickly assess the situation and get my medicine prescribed and the pharmacy had it ready within a half hour! I pray that tonight is a great night’s sleep, and I think my body will start to heal itself . I recommend telehealth over driving all over the world to try to get your questions answered with solution.

I went to get a covid 19 test and the staff was so helpful. I booked the wrong appointment and they set me up for the one I needed, and it was sooner than what they offered online.
