I was pleased to have an urgent care place near me. I made an appointment but still waited 30 minutes to be seen. BUT the care I received was excellent.

I was really desperate yesterday, in so much pain and had no idea of where to go. By this point I had reached out to a few different online services including my own insurance urgent care and my own doctor. I feel bad saying this but omg, they were an utter waste of time and energy. So I didn't expect much. I knew going to into this urgent care visit that there was not much they could do to help me other than sedation. I didn't want that and I am not even sure if that was an option. I just wanted to to talk to a doctor in person. My doctor turned out to be amazing. She was kind, patient reassuring and very validating. And she took the time to listen and actually look at me. And then, a true miracle happened. She provided me with direction to see an orthopedic doctor. And she also explained how ortho could be a great start. I came in so discouraged and left feeling more hopeful than I have been in a long time. *What stood out for me is that she did not try to fix me with a bandaid (pain meds). She listened to my concerns about certain treatment protocols and she gently encouraged me to see a pain management doctor. I've know for years that my body is falling apart and pain management could help. I'm a proud woman and held off. The way she talked about it normalized it and helped me to feel like I wasn't giving up by asking them for help. Before wrapping this up, her staff were also incredible! Her medical assistant made everything ok from the moment I walked in. And...their air conditioner was not working. Everyone was hot but nobody was grumpy. They maintained professional and nice people. I recommend them with no reservations.

This clinic is very well run and managed. I recommend it to anyone needing quality care.

Walk in with possible eye infection. The staff were wonderful and very knowledgeable. I have a great primary doctor but she’s always booked so I love I can be seen here and given the best care.

Had severe pain in my shoulder. At 2am I went online and scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning. Dr. G is the best. Very attentive and really knows his stuff. I always have a good experience when I see him.

I was suffering with a massive pain in my shoulder making it hard to use. I was a walk in and thought I would have a long wait time but to my surprise I was immediately attended to. Everyone was very kind and professional. I was attended by the PA on duty who was very thorough. Very impressed when he brought in another PA to consult with making me visit even more comfortable. They made great decisions and 4 days today after my pain went form a 10 to a one. I will be using them again in the future. Thank you UrgentMed.
