Misleading Pricing, Unexpected Charges, and Unprofessional Service — Extremely disappointing experience at UrgentMed Plantation. I would strongly caution anyone considering this clinic, particularly for preoperative medical clearance. I specifically requested an examination by an MD and was assured I would see one. Instead, I was examined by a physician assistant, with an MD supposedly reviewing and signing the clearance afterward. I was quoted and charged $325 for preoperative clearance. Two days AFTER my appointment, I received a call informing me that an additional $180 would be required for an EKG and chest X-ray. These charges were never disclosed during scheduling, at the appointment, or before payment. Their Quest Diagnostics platform was also reportedly down, leaving me to arrange the required laboratory testing independently. Despite paying $325, I have yet to receive the completed medical clearance I requested. When I questioned the charges, the clinic justified the fee by stating that an assessment had been performed. To make matters worse, I wasn’t even provided a payment receipt or itemized invoice. A $325 quote suddenly becoming $505, excluding laboratory testing, is unacceptable. Patients deserve transparent pricing, accurate information about who will examine them, and clarity about what they are paying for. My experience left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. I would not recommend this clinic.

It’s an urgent med facility! They don’t necessarily have the expertise to handle specific injuries! They are a general medical professional care facility

I was very pleased with my visit. I felt that the doctor really took the time to listen to my concerns. He was very clear in explaining what I needed to do to get myself well. Office staff was very helpful and courteous as well. Thank you Solvhealth 😊.

No point in making an appointment. I had scheduled an appointment at noon but every single walk in saw the doctor before me. I wasn’t seen until 1:15.  The beeping in the waiting room every 30 seconds doesn’t help patients who are sick and have headaches already.

Extremely good experience. Came in for treatment or ear. Front desk was very nice and accommodating to my needs, nurse extremely nice and professional, and worked well with Dr.  Doctor great and treatment effective. Will absolutely be back when need arises! Thank you

Rude nurse, 2 1/2 hour wait for 5 min appt, will not go again . Dr was judgmental , almost blaming me for my ailment . Do not go to this place . Many other walk in clinics that are bettter

Everything went good. Called and was able to get in in 15 minutes. Everyone was so helpful and professional. Dr. G is a pleasure-not my first time seeing him. Got meds and am on the way to feeling better.

Never have to wait very long to be seen. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. “Dr. Guillermo” is empathetic and a good listener. He takes his time to evaluate and educate me on my condition and progress. I highly recommend him.

Had extremely bad elbow pain, I suspected tendonitis. Went to PCP who thought I had a fracture. Thankfully PA on duty he was awesome and gave me the correct diagnosis. An injection and instructions to help the healing. Everyone here is AWESOME 🙏🏽🙏🏽

I had chest pains and the blood pressure was quite high. My heart EKG was normal and the blood pressure came down to a reasonsble level.
