With only a few walk-in clinics nearby, Valley Immediate Care, LLC - Grants Pass may be your best option for immediate care inGrants Pass. They are open today from 7:00AM to 7:00PM, as well as 7 days a week. As long as you visit them during their business hours, you should be able to walk right into 162 NE Beacon Dr, Suite 103 and be seen relatively quickly. The national average for patients waiting at an urgent care is between 15-30 minutes, so hopefully it shouldn't be too long of a wait.

I was dreading my trip into the urgent care to get stitches thinking I'd be waiting forever. I was pleasantly surprised that not only was the staff and service awesome but, they were also quick to get me back with a provider they stitched me up flawlessly & had me out the door in what seemed like no time at all !

Tried to get a covid test for my daughter, 4 day waiting list even though there wasn't anybody there. Lame!

Waited 4 hours and kept getting dropped to the bottom of the list. In triage they would give me a better time frame. I am very sick and my original to be seen to e was 7:40 or so. When I finally left 8:00 it was 1 hr 45 - 58 min. Really I am appalled at how slow they move and all the chit chat between front desk help. My blood pressure was high along with a fever, as well as issues breathing . I will definitely never ever get close to not so immediate care. Could not check in on line cause I didn't know when I could get off work. Big mistake , I could have checked in online in the parking lot and been seen before my time was ever up. Very interesting.

Worse visit I've ever had to any medical facility in my life. The provider, R Patterson, was rude and did not have any compassion. It was a 4 hour wait to be told "What do you want me to do?" When speaking honestly about my pain, crying, the doctor mocked it calling it a "performance" and my tears "waterworks". He made a diagnosis without any kind of examination, and did not know the difference between false ribs and floating ribs. I was there needing answers and guidance after much confusion with other doctors and treatment due to chronic pain I was experiencing, and was treated like I was stupid, complaining or looking for something. I still cannot believe the manner in which I was talked to, because previously I had good experiences here.

I waited over an hour to be shown to a room and 1.5 hours in a room to talk to a doctor for less than 1 minute. They sent me home with a CD with my xrays on it. Turns out it was completely blank. Then they said they would send them, again they never arrived. Then they said they would send them to my doctor. They claimed they tried but the office was closed, my doctor confirmed they were open. Then they said they would email them immediately. What a shock they didn’t. They also charged me a $260 “new patient fee” after repeatedly saying it would just be a $75 copay. They refunded it after talking to my insurance company. Obviously not a legitimate charge, frankly it’s clear they are predatory and it’s very sad that this is the quality of care provided.
