Everyone, from the efficient receptionist to the first medical person I saw, to the PA who diagnosed my UTI, were very friendly and competent.  First class service.  My only slight reservation in recommending this facility is the condition of the actual building.  There were major water problems in the bathroom(s).

I had a very bad cough deep in my lungs. It was easy to schedule online, fill out the paperwork, and the survey. I can’t say how wonderful the staff was because they were just so great. My nurse was empathetic and the doctor was knowledgeable And I know what to do from here on out.

The ease of being able to schedule same day and better yet this visit I booked it like only 1.5 hrs before appointment time!! Check-in the easiest and most convenient!! Ok the staff and care I’ve got from this urgent care is beyond words I’ve had to go the past 3 times for the same issue and they have 100% made me feel better they know just what to do or give or prescribe you. They are always so so welcoming kind tender!! I will never use another urgent care except this one if I need one!! I recommend this urgent care 1000000%
