Great intake by the medical assistant and provider. Front desk staff really need some training. Mo greeting and the receptionist with no glasses was sitting on her phone and chewing gum. How unprofessional is that, mind as well go to the break room and stay there. Felt like she was taking her 15 min break. Do better, give her some basic training.

Today everything was excellent like it used to be! I was taken in within 10 minutes, both nurses were wonderful! I forgot their names. They were kind, patient and knowledgeable. I went in for bladder infection. I would recommend these 2 providers! The front desk staff person who checked me in was fast and kind. When I need to I always come to ralston Ventura urgent care. You are the best. Last time I went my experience was not good. Thank you very much for having great care at your clinic again!

I realize that this is a walk-in clinic. But when they give you a wait time once you check in. And it tells you how many people that are ahead of you. Apparently this is not accurate. They really need to work on letting you know how long you expect to wait. And also the clinics appearance shows its age they could use some serious upgrading.

They were nice & professional as they tested me regarding my sore throat. My only complaint is that I waited about 2 hours just to get in! Maybe add some more medical professionals to the staff.

I was struggling with my ears and hearing for several weeks. My present health provider was not available. I simply walked in to the Urgent Care and was almost immediatly cared for. I walked home completely able to hear the birds chirping! Sometthing I was not able to do for several weeks. Possibly silly but: I was takn care of by three Angels of Healthcare! I am so thankful!! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this provider!!!!!!!!!!
