The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful, unfortunately the doctor that saw me was not. I did not grab his name, but he was an older Asian gentleman. He dismissed my symptoms and what I was trying to tell him. I went in with a severe sore throat and painful earache. I advised it was hard to swallow and that I was in severe pain. He told me I could grab some Flonase, to "ride it out", and that I'd be fine. He saw me briefly, and walked out of the office and left me sitting there wondering what just happened.

I was checked in quickly. Called back without much of a wait, but in the freezing room a very long time. Someone finally came in and informed me they had 2 patients that needed immediate care. Everyone was very nice and apologized for the wait. The PA was thorough and pleasant.
