Waited over 2 hours with a complaint of vertigo when lying down on my side. They had me sit still in a chair for 2 hours, 1.25 in waiting area and 45 mins in treatment room. When nurse practitioner came I laid down on my back and they spent less than a minute trying to trigger the vertigo. I told them that it happened on my side and they let me lay on that position for 10 seconds. When the vertigo didn't immediately trigger, they told me to make a dr appt to have further tests done. What further tests? $150.00 for a 3 minute consult with a nurse practitioner. Seems to me that if there was 2 hours for me to wait (45 mins in a treatment room) that they could have me lay down and see if it happened outside of the 10 sec window. I certainly do not get the impression that this company is interested in providing what I paid for - info and a thorough eval if not a diagnosis. I was worried enough to come in when I am visiting out of state and am still worried.

I had knee issues the day before and since it was a weekend, I decided to go to urgent care. The facility is clean, the staffs were great & so was the attending doctor. I was impressed that the Dr. herself called me to check/inform me of the result. I highly recommend this facility. Thank you ALL

I’m honestly very frustrated with this visit. If the only recommendation is to take over-the-counter medications, I don’t understand why I needed to come to the emergency department in the first place. I could have gone to a pharmacy and purchased these medications myself without spending the time and money to be evaluated here. I came to the emergency department expecting a medical evaluation and appropriate treatment, not simply to be told to take OTC medications that I can choose myself.

3 of us at home were dealing with stomach issues, we all went in and were seen quickly. The provider was excellent as was the super friendly staff. Great experience overall.

I was in and out in 30 minutes. Staff was very friendly and they know their jobs well. The atmosphere was very pleasant and clean.

Everyone in the urgent care was attentive and helpful. Been here before and it never failed to have an above and beyond performance towards the patients. Scheduling was easy , parking area is spacious.Checking in no problem as well. The staff were able to answer my questions. Very clean and organized area as well. Got out in an hour, all concerns were addressed.

Very professional  medical staff .No much waiting.Done EKG and results have provided right after.Doctor was very knowledgeable explaining my situation in details. Very much happy with the care I received. Thanks to all staff

I woke up with a swollen lip and Cynthia took me to Mederi Urgent Care Glendale- the staff and the health care providers were very professional and prescribed medications and lip cream. I trust them. I will recommend everyone to go Mederi Urgent Care Glendale- they’re the best!
