I have a sinus infection. Have had a cough for about two weeks with no fever. Talked to doctor and he prescribed an antibiotic. The virtual visit was great! Better than driving to clinic and waiting to see a doctor there.

Took 40 minutes past appt to see doctor. Then he sent in a "prescription" for an OTC medicine we told him we already tried 6-8x. Paid $130 to wait 40 minutes and be sent nothing. Pharmacy said we didnt need a prescription, and it still wont work. We needed prescription for lice treatment. I will never use these services again. Rip off, incompetence.
