Scheduling was convenient and day of so that helped with my urgency of treatment. Check-in was smooth and the nurse and PA-C were both very helpful and kind. I would recommend both medical professionals, thank you so much :)

The virtual visit wasn’t working, so they had to send me a zoom link. The nurse was nice. The doctor was very succinct, and when I expanded on a question, she gave me a very dismissive, rude answer. I didn’t feel comfortable asking her anymore questions. She seemed as though she was annoyed with our appointment and ready to get to her other calls. I wouldn’t prefer seeing her again for future appointments. I feel as though doctors should provide patients with some level of comfort rather than being dismissive and treating us as though we’re just inconveniencing them. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone that I know.

The visit was easy to schedule as I made it late last night when I was having symptoms. I had a quicker response from this than my doctors office. The wait was just 12 mins after logging in and I feel that is a fair wait. The doctor was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure that the medication he prescribed was safe for me and would not interfere with my other medications. I am grateful for this service and not needing to go into a doctors office for such a short visit, and for knowing that the medication I need will be ready for me to pick up shortly. Thank you! I will definitely use this again.

The wait time was very inconvenient. I waited an entire hour on the phone for my provider.

I woke up feeling ill and was able to get an appointment the same day at noon. I did not have to wait in a waiting room feeling sick. The staff was prompt, courteous, and answered all of my questions. I was provided with the prescriptions needed and am very happy with the service I received.
