I’ve always dreaded going to an Urgent Care but both times I’ve gotten care through Solv I had a great experience, especially this location. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Kevin Foster at Visit Health Urgent Care. I felt that he did not pay attention when I explained my symptoms, and I left feeling that my concerns had not been properly heard or addressed. I did not feel that he genuinely tried to help me. What concerned me even more was the way I heard him speaking to his staff. His tone toward his assistants sounded disrespectful and unprofessional, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. On the other hand, the nurse was very kind, attentive, and willing to listen to my symptoms. I truly appreciated the nurse’s compassion and professionalism. Patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and cared for, especially when they are sick and seeking medical attention. Unfortunately, my experience with this doctor did not meet those expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the quality of patient care and staff communication.
