The medical assistant was incredibly rude and judgmental. He did not listen and assumed certain answers to his questions. The doctor was no better. He was rude, did not explain my condition to me, and did not care about why I was there. He had an attitude and interrupted me. He claimed he was just trying to help me but then showed no compassion or care. Will never come back.

The visit and care was fine but the online check in was abominable. I was repeatedly asked to enter the same info, never could complete the check in and it made me late to the appointment

Excellent experience from start to finish! The staff is friendly, professional, and caring. The doctor is attentive, knowledgeable, and takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I truly felt valued and well cared for. Highly recommend this office!

The Dr. didn't ask many questions to figure out what my child had. Told me it was eczema. I told him it was not. Even my Google search could confirm that. Prescribed him something that would not have resolved the issue, only helped with itching. I immediately went to another urgent care where they accurately diagnosed the rash: folliculitis. Terrible experience.

I was able to be taken as a walk-in. Everybody was very nice. The doctor was very knowledgeable and took time to listen to my questions. Very important to me. This is a much better place than the one down the street.

I needed an x-ray and was pleased that they had an x-ray on site.  The wait was quite long, especially between various staff (ending up with the MD who interpreted the x-ray), but I shouldn't complain because it was a Saturday, and that's their busiest day--the were swamped.  Staff was very helpful, friendly, competent, and responsive. Highly recommend.

My son woke up with a sore ear at 5am, so I made a 7am appointment. When we got there at 7, we were told that there was no provider there until 8. When I asked why, I was told that it was because the provider had been there late the night before. The provider was called to come in, and we were seen around 7:20.

Horrible horrible horrible experience. I don’t even know where to begin!!! The level of professionalism and bedside manner fell well below what I would expect from a healthcare provider. I would like for the office manager to reach out to me asap!

The clinic was spotless and the wait was not bad. The doctor was kind but quick. I did not appreciate being sold skin wellness treatments (Botox, microneedling) while I was worries about whether my son had a concussion or eye injury.
