I went with chest pain and the doctor didn’t check with a stethoscope… he tried to prescribe an X-ray. I pointed out that my ribs didn’t hurt when I breathed… so he said, you’re right and just prescribed muscle relaxers. I found his lack of questions and urgency to provide an unnecessary test disconcerting. It’s wonderful that there is an X-ray on the premises, but using it shouldn’t be a reflex.

It was easy to schedule an appointment, I was seen quickly, and all of my concerns were addressed. Bedside manner was wonderful, and I left in a much better mood. There's not much more I could ask for.

I had to come for emergency stitches so I didn’t have an appointment. Despite that the waiting time was not long and the care was outstanding. Everybody was very nice and helpful.

This has now happened to me where I have come in with a sprain or some other sports injury and the advice of the physician has been mostly useless.  I have gotten X-rays with a wrong diagnosis.  This time, I skipped xray as the NP could only speculate on possible causes.   Ned time I will skip and just go straight to a specialist.

My coughing was excessive, so we walked into the office. Check-in was short in comparison to the local Hospital ER. The staff was friendly, professional, caring, and responsive staff. The other patients in the lobby were respectful. The tests were completed successfully and we picked up medication from the pharmacist in less than 30 minutes. I slept peacefully at home. We would highly recommend the Arlington location.

I walked in at almost 9 pm, expecting the doors to close soon, but they we still open. Empty, so waiting was not an issue. You do have to tell be adept with your cell phone, because they want you to fill out multiple forms on line. Examination was swift and thorough. Treatment plan done. I left diagnosed with pneumonia with my prescriptions in less than an hour.

I was dealing with nausea and stomach upset that would not go away. I was able to walk in, see a nurse practitioner, receive information on treatment, and leave with a prescription in less than 45min.

I won’t come back to this location. The MD didn’t even do a thorough assessment. He might have said five words to me. The medical assistant came into my room after taking a culture and asked why I was still in the room. I told him no one told me I was done with the appointment. Terrible service.

It was a very good experience overall — the nurse practitioner and nurse were kind, attentive, and provided excellent care. However, I was quite disappointed by the behavior of the front desk staff. The person at the desk was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. For instance, instead of handing over the prescription paper properly, he simply pushed it across the counter, which felt disrespectful, especially to patients who are unwell. When we arrived and asked about appointments, he immediately said “we’re not taking patients” in a dismissive tone, even though it was only 9 PM and the office is open until 11 PM. I also noticed other patients were still being attended to. I understand if there are capacity limits or policies for walk-ins, but it would be appreciated if this could be communicated with basic courtesy and empathy. Patients come here for care, and a little kindness at the front desk can make a big difference.
