Horrible horrible horrible experience. I don’t even know where to begin!!! The level of professionalism and bedside manner fell well below what I would expect from a healthcare provider. I would like for the office manager to reach out to me asap!

The clinic was spotless and the wait was not bad. The doctor was kind but quick. I did not appreciate being sold skin wellness treatments (Botox, microneedling) while I was worries about whether my son had a concussion or eye injury.

This location was excellent- I’d sliced the top off my finger so it hurt like hell but they were fantastic. Made sure I had the correct amount of numbing to treat it (I require more than most people) did it fast, and were sympathetic. I would drive back to this location if I needed help again.

The doctor was really nice and friendly. The rest of the staff was not. I came earlier in day and was told that the x ray tech did not get in till later in the day. I came back 4 hours later. Did the check in, talked to the doctor was there for about 45 minutes and then was told the x ray was broken. Was sent to Vhc. I checked in at vhc and was called and told the x ray machine was fixed. This is my second time there, again needing an x ray and I am into the same exact problem as last time. The machine is not reliable and most of the staff is not pleasant.

I came one hour before closing and was greeted with a not friendly staff. They were quick to brush off that I did not need to be seen. This was also the same with the physician, with the encounter lasting no more than a few minutes. If you want good quality care, this place is not it.

Doctor and medical assistant were great. Front desk check-in staff was unfriendly, unhelpful, and unwelcoming.

Had an emergency visit for a head wound on scalp. 75 minutes in and out, 4 staples included. I was in from out of town and had a very positive experience given the unexpected situation. I have not received a copy of my bill statement. Please send.

Main feedback would be around the Doctor who saw me for a case of Hand, Foot and Mouth. He said it was the common cold and was in the room for less than 3 mins total. He was already moving towards the door before I could even ask any questions.  I got a few in but it felt like he just wanted to move on. I ended up getting worse several hours later and went to an Inova Urgent Care. They treated my symptoms so I could at least recover a bit more comfortably.

Went in with no appointment for very bad sore throat. Staff did not communicate effectively throughout the COVID test and chest X-Ray. We were not given any kind of diagnosis nor instructions for what to do next. They just gave us a prescription and charged the copay.  Would recommend anyone to go elsewhere for urgent care needs.
