I won’t judge this office solely by my medical outcome, but I will remember how I was treated. Compassion is just as important as competence.  Being greeted with kindness and some empathy is free and it can make people feel better even when they are in pain.  Won’t be back and I surely don’t recommend this urgent care!  Not sure y’all should be in the medical profession (receptionist, clinical staff, nurse, doctors) - bedside manners can be truly uplifting to a person’s soul.

For 7+ years,  I’ve followed this clinic for the caring medical care provided. It’s smooth, easy and last minute appointments are a breeze. I’ve never had an issue. I do wonder when this doctor sleeps. He must be an amazing businessman. His wife is a staple in the business too from what I hear. They must have live in staff at home or either a fantastic mother/grandmother for the children. Bless this practice and bless the families who make it happen!

I had been feeling sick for several days and finally decided it was time to see a professional.  The staff was welcoming, professional and explained everything they needed to do to diagnose my problem.  It turns out I was in full atrial fibrillation and needed immediate transportation to the hospital ER.  They calmly explained why and called 911!  I really appreciate their efforts!
