45 minute wait for a covid test that was advertised as 15 minutes.  I was told that I denied a strep throat exam when I did not deny a strep throat exam. One employee mentally freaked out over a broken glove Overall the quality of care felt subpar. I wish there was a summary of care available, something that told me what I had, or what I could have. But maybe that would be too much work. The employees were friendly, especially one of the MA’s but I feel like we should be striving for better when it comes to being a professional.

Scheduling an appointment was fast and easy. The staff is very kind, friendly, and very attentive. The wait time was long, but other than that it was a very positive experience.  Doctor Rashid is very patient, answered all of my questions and responded in terms that were easy to understand I would highly recommend this practice.

The provider was late to open the office and I had to wait outside in the cold until they opened the doors. Also only took one look at my issue area and left to write a prescription. Asked me a follow up medical question at the front desk after I’d left the exam room, out in the front lobby.
